PMix

PMix is an open source MPD client for Android, using which you can control MPD server.

PMix allows you to control a Music Player Daemon server (http://mpd.wikia.com) with your Android phone. The app supports cover art, music browsing and playlist creation.

Note: In order for this program to be useful you must be running an MPD server on you computer.
